Petition Signing Drop-In Party

Join us to support local Democrats getting on the ballot!
Each individual running for a Democratic Committee seat needs a minimum of 10 signatures from Democrats in their district to get on the ballot. Let’s set them up for success with a Petition Signing Party.
Drop in anytime between 3-5PM. Mingle with neighbors, grab light refreshments, and help us get more Democrats on the ballot.

Senate passes CROWN Act!!

Exciting news out of Harrisburg with a win for racial and gender justice!!!
This week, HB 439 (AKA the CROWN Act) passed in the PA Senate!
The Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act explicitly prohibits discrimination based on hair, hair textures, and hair styles. This is an important step forward in advancing racial and gender justice and addressing long-standing discrimination, particularly against Black women and girls.
